Due to slight differences in cuts of meat, weights and prices of the products seen on our website and in your shopping cart are approximations. The cuts of meat you have selected to buy may weigh slightly more or less. Each product selected for your order will be weighed and the actual cost of each package will be reflected on your invoice.
YES we deliver! Orders must reach a minimum of $200.00 before taxes to qualify for delivery. There is a delivery fee of $8.50 plus HST on all deliveries. All of our products (except eggs and deli items) will arrive frozen in our Brooker's cooler bags to maintain the integrity and quality of the product.
Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Our office staff will contact you via email or telephone at least 1 business day in advance to confirm your delivery window. Please see our delivery schedule for a guideline of when to expect your order.

When we confirm your order, please let our office staff know if you will be returning our Brooker's cooler bags. Payment must be received before orders can be sent out for delivery. Our drivers do not accept cash payments at the time of delivery. We accept all major credit cards and EMT payments, please make arrangements with our office staff to have your payment processed. We also offer a 2% discount of your entire order (before delivery charge and bags) for EMT payments.
Condition of Order
We guarantee that your product will arrive in wholesome condition. It is recommended that product be placed in freezer upon delivery to minimize the effects of thawing and re-freezing.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, Brooker’s will not be held liable for incorrect address information provided by the purchaser. Please check all addresses carefully! Postal and delivery services will not forward. There are no deliveries to P.O Boxes.

Brooker’s Natural Meats reserves the right to fully investigate any claim that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent. For quality assurance purposes photos may be requested.
