| Do I have to pay sales tax? | |
| You only have to pay sales tax for items subject to HST. The estimated HST amount is shown on your order form and the exact HST is shown on your invoice. | |
| What are my payment choices? | |
| All payments must be received by 3:30pm on the day of expected delivery. We accept all major credit cards and payment arrangements must be made with our office staff prior
to delivery. We will contact you once your order is ready for
delivery. We also accept email money transfers (this payment method will give you a
2% discount off your invoice) which has to be sent & received no
later than 3:30pm on the day of delivery to receive your delivery same
day. For country store purchases, we also accept debit. Sorry we no longer accpet cash payments. |

| Why is the price of my meat different from what my online order says? | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. All of the products you see in the shop sold by weight are based on an average cost. Each cut of meat you buy will actually weigh slightly more or less. You will be invoiced based on the actual weight of each product selected. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance. | |
