Picking Up Your Order

Brooker's Natural Meats primary business is a home delivery based operation.  We have customers that like to come to us to pick up their orders.  For your convenience, orders can be placed prior to pick through our online system, email, fax or phone.

Our home based distribution center is open to customers on the following days;

Monday  12pm - 5pm

Tuesday  10am - 5pm

Wednesday  10am - 8pm

Thursday  10am - 8pm

Friday  10am - 5pm

Saturday  9am - 5pm

Shopping Cart

Browse our categories and add the products you want to your shopping cart. When you are ready, proceed to the checkout just like you would in person at a grocery store. Upon checking out, our online system will ask you to create an account. Your account information is private and we never share our information with any third parties. Refer to Brooker's Privacy Policy for more information.

Product Pricing

All of the products you see in the shop are estimates because our meat is priced based on weight. Each cut of meat you buy will actually weigh slightly more or less just like you see at the grocery store. The precise cost of your order will be verified with you before payment.

Delivery Service

YES we deliver!  In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, delivery orders must reach a minimum of $200.00 (before our $10.00 delivery charge).  All of our products (except eggs and deli items) will arrive frozen in our Brooker's cooler bags to maintain the integrity and quality of the product.  

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an email confirming your order details.  Our office staff will contact you via email or telephone 1 business day in advance to confirm your delivery window.  Please see our delivery schedule for a guideline of when to expect your order.

Special delivery arrangements can be made for a small additional fee, depending on area.

Payment

When we confirm your delivery, please let our office staff know if you will be returning our Brooker's cooler bags. Our drivers will accept cash or cheque payments at the time of delivery. For credit card payments, please make arrangements with our office staff to have your payment processed.  At this time, we also are accepting email money transfers as a method of payment.

Condition of Order

We guarantee that your product will arrive in wholesome condition. It is recommended that product be placed in freezer upon delivery to minimize the effects of freezer burn from thawing and re-freezing.

Arrivals

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, however Brooker’s will not be held liable for wrong addresses entered directly by purchaser. Please check all addresses carefully! Postal and delivery services will not forward. There are no deliveries to P.O Boxes.

Refund

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please feel free to contact your representative or call us at 905-939-8042 by the next business day. Brooker’s Natural Meats reserves the right to fully investigate any claim that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent. For quality assurance purposes photos may be requested.
